About Us
“Impuls” Travel Office was established in 1999, on the initiative of Anna and Jacek Jacyna and Wojciech Piotrowski, who had been connected with tourism for years, both by passion and professionally. In recent years, we have strengthened our position on the tourist market thanks to our creativity, professionalism, personalised and open approach to all projects and personal involvement.
We act based on a Tour Operator License No. 520, and a Tour Operator Civil Liability Guarantee issued by Towarzystwo Asekuracyjne AXA. The participants of our events are insured against medical expenses and accidents by Towarzystwo AXA and Signal – Iduna.

- services during trade fairs, trainings and conferences;
- registration and trips to congresses and seminars, also medical ones;
- co-operation with advertising and artistic agencies in the organisation of events, branding;
- gadgets and artistic performances;
- trips to sports events; - renting cars and buses;
- entry to VIP lounges in many airports throughout the world.
We are one of only few tourist offices in Poland that offer individual and group visa services at the Consulates of the USA in Warsaw and Krakow. We also act as intermediaries in obtaining visas to such countries as Russia, China, Vietnam, and India.
